Reservation & Deposit

To confirm any reservation, we require a 20% deposit of the total amount. A booking is considered confirmed only once the deposit has been received, otherwise availability cannot be guaranteed.

Payment Process

After completing your booking:

• You may send us the proof of payment by email. Once received, we will temporarily block your room and proceed with the confirmation process.

• If no proof of payment is provided, the reservation will be confirmed once the payment arrives in our bank account (this may take up to 2 working days, depending on the bank).

• In the unlikely event that a room is booked by another guest before your deposit is received and confirmed, any payment sent will be refunded in full (100%).

Remaining Balance

The remaining balance is to be paid upon check-in, either in cash, or by credit/debit card.

Non-Refundable Deposit

Please note that the deposit is non-refundable as it secures your spot, blocks availability for your dates, and allows our team to prepare accommodation, activities, and logistics for your stay.
