Reservation Policy

To confirm any reservation, we require a 20% deposit of the total amount. A booking is considered confirmed only once the deposit payment has been completed, otherwise availability cannot be guaranteed.

Reservation Process

1. Confirm your interest
   Let us know that you would like to proceed with the reservation.
2. Receive payment details
   We will send you the deposit payment information and pre-block your room for 24 hours.
3. Secure your booking
   Once you complete the deposit payment, your room will be officially reserved and your booking confirmed.

Remaining Balance

The remaining balance is to be paid upon check-in, either in cash, or by credit/debit card.

Non-Refundable Deposit

Please note that the deposit is non-refundable as it secures your spot, blocks availability for your dates, and allows our team to prepare accommodation, activities, and logistics for your stay.
